Started out with my connected initials RF in a circle in about 1977 and finally changed it to this snapping turtle stylization with date of year made ten years back or so! The turtle was used because of the Sioux native American medicine sign for long life!

Nuttin' for me.
Used to have a small branding iron. It got lost in a move.
However, there is a kit rifle I built hanging in a dance hall in Wisconsin where the owner is convinced it is an old original. It has my initials branded on it.
He says it was built by some old guy in the Ozarks of Arkansas. That part is right. The "old" part was wrong when I built it in 1976. :shocked2:
