This in a Navy Arms brass frame and I want to replace the nipples (cones) to use #11 caps. Anyone happen to know the thread and cone length?

My recommendation is to take one of the nipples from @treebone's revolver to the local hardware store where he can find a thread tester to determine the thread to be certain of the pitch. Most likely the threads will be 6mm x0.75. My Uberti revolvers use the 6x0.75 nipples. Another consideration is the cone height. The cone height for a revolver is shorter than the cone height for a rifle.

Track of the Wolf has several nipples that should fit your revolver.
