I found a like new Western Arms 1862 pocket navy. I have not yet laid eyes on. Are they any good will uberti or pietta parts fit?

Western Arms was founded by Leonard Allen in Santa Fe in the early 1970's. Got sued by Winchester in 1980 and had to dissolve the company. Western Arms in the late 70's were made by A. Uberti.
After the lawsuit, reorganized as Allen Firearms, still in Santa Fe, NM, into the ‘80’s. They were ‘Allen’ marked Ubertis (think Taylor’s or Cimarron).
I have a ‘51 Navy and a Santa Fe Hawken, both from the early ‘80’s and both marked ‘Allen F. A. Mfg., Santa Fe NM’.

His old shop is just a couple of miles from me and I've wanted an Allen SF Hawken for quite a while to return to it's home... finances are the usual road block. OP, do you know the manufacture date, or have the date code?

That's a nice looking revolver
I had brief conversations with Mr. Allen back his store in the late 70's I think it was....corner of Eubank and Montgomery in Albuquerque. Nice man. I wanted to desperately work there if only in exchange towards ANY of the guns he had in stock! Memories. I would not pass up one of the Western Arms guns or Allen marked guns. I did buy a Santa Fe Hawken and it was superb. Could kick myself for selling it.
