Take a punch and 'peen' the sight to prevent movement....front or back sight!
I’m not sure how to peen a fully adjustable rear sight.Take a punch and 'peen' the sight to prevent movement....front or back sight!
Thanks. I appreciate your help.Due to the hole drilled in the adjustable spring loaded ramp and the distance from where it is hinged it can be pushed a tiny bit side to side but seems to have a center it returns to. In any case not an issue for me.
I’ll look when I get home. Thanks for the heads up.On my T.C. hawken kit rifle I have adjustable sights like the one you show. The screw for the windage adjustment to move the sight right or left moved freely. I found that on the opposite side of the sloted head there was a slot for a small retainer clip missing to hold it in place. It’s like a ( c ) clip.
