Mari Sandoz was a Nebraska native. I read The Buffalo hunters many years ago. The jacket on mine is in rough condition but it is a signed copy. Yours is priced very reasonably.

I did a lot of hunting, canoeing, and generally having fun in the Sandhills. Thats quite an area, and Marie Sandoz is one of if not my favorite authors. A very riveting read.
