For your consideration, Rifleman's knife. This piece was inspired by the Belduque, a large Spanish knife from around the 17th century, believed by some to have been the ancestor of the Bowie knife. The blade is 12'' long, forged from a Model A leaf spring. the overall length 17 inches. The handle is super hard White Oak, cut from a plank over a hundred years old. Bolster is a piece of octagon gun barrel with brass inlay and brass plates on the blade. Iron guard and pins. Knife and sheath are tastefully antiqued. Sheath is hand stitched heavy leather with a brass stud to be slipped under a belt or sash. This is a very nice one of a kind piece offered at 420. shipped. Thanks for looking, Dan
