I'm curious, if you were at a gun show, flea market, local gun shop, etc...
And there was multiple, complete Kibler rifles for sale, what caliber, smooth or rifled or what gauge would you be more likely to buy? Or other folks be more likely to buy?

SMR: .32, .36, .40, .45
Colonial: .50, .54, .58 Smooth or Rifled
Woodsrunner: .45, .50, .54
Fowler: 20ga or 16g

Thank you for any and all replies.

Don't know about the other folks but for me it would be the Woodsrunner cal. 54.

I’m holding out for a Woodsrunner in .54. Not interested in the fowler- I just don’t like that barrel profile.

SMR: 40 cal For an all around target and competition gun.

Colonial: 58 rifled elk thumper (however, I'm filling this slot with a different 58 that will be about 2# lighter)

Woodsrunner: 54 cause elk thumper.

Fowler: 16 ga for small game and birds including turkey. No interest in shooting balls out of a smooth bore (of all these stated choices, this is the one I'm near sure to buy)

Thanks Cruiser.
Appreciate the reply.

Gun Slough not sure where your located. But in April their is the Tennessee Longrifle show in Knoxville. There's always a few SMR and Woodsrunner guns for sale. I don't think Kibler goes to Friendship anymore.?
Besides it's always nice to handle a gun before you buy it.JMPO

In January there is a gun show in Alabama. Put on by Calgary Longrifles. Small show but all traditional Longrifles and such. Information is on the American Longrifle site. Check it out..
