What do you do with your pan primer when shooting from a range box and priming when standing at the firing line? I don't want to just stick it in my pocket to avoid bumping the spout and getting powder in my pocket.
Ditto. Mine is on a leather lanyard around my neck with a touch hole pick. Easily accessible. When shooting percussion, which is most of my shooting, a brass capper is on another leather lanyard.I tied a leather cord onto mine. Put it around my neck, or tie it to my bag strap.
I put it in my pocket, spout up. But then I use a horn with a wood stopper.
