Renegade barrels and 54 caliber TC Hawken barrels will interchange. Occasionally, due to TC's lack of quality control, the end of the under rib may either hit the end of the forearm or leave a slight gap. This can happen even if it's two Renegades or two Hawkens.

Yes. But no.

Renegade is a 1-inch barrel channel in your stock. No "Renegade" barrel will fit a standard Hawken stock (15/16-inch). All Renegades are 1-inch barrels, .50, .54, .56, .58 cals.

Hawken stocks are 15/16-inch barrel channel in both .45 and .50 cals.
Hawken stocks are 1-inch in a .54 cal. This barrel will fit a Renegade stock and will likely have a gap between the under rib and stock. A Renegade barrel will fit a .54 cal/1-inch Hawken stock but will likely require the under rib to be trimmed or it will not fit due to the brass nose cap.

Most wedge key slots for are long enough to allow some movement fore and back. Across all years and variations, you may find that the wedge on one barrel may not align with a particular stock. I would argue this might be true even with same variants. I have had wedge keys not want to fit in or have no tension at all and fall right out. You can work around most issues but pay attention to caliber and size/width.
