Can't see it in the picture, but I've seen some with heavy machine marks, especially on the barrel. Wood might need some fitting. Check the parts for burrs. I use white Arkansas stone to smooth them out.
I've seen a few assembled without any work on the machine marks. They just put it together and shot it.

Here's an example of machine marks on a barrel. I used a flat ******* draw file followed by a smooth cut draw file. It still needs to be sanded. Its a lot of work and time.
