It includes all parts, comes in original packaging, and is ready to go for the advanced makers who are as comfortable building a clock as they are building a flintlock. The frizzen of this kit is not hardened. Everything is as you see it in the original box from Rifle Shoppe.
When I originally spoke to them about the kit in February 2023, they claimed that all parts were on hand and ready to go. I finally received it in November.
