A pity they could not sell the biz. Can't find anyone to work. I will be 60 in December. I have people/companies begging me to come to work for them because it's only the older generations that will show up and get the job done.
I know of 2 small businessmen who fired all their employees (all young ones) and replaced them with older, recently retired guys that would show up for work every day and do good work while they were on the clock.

If your looking for quality canvas and Craftsmanship, take a look at Red Hawk Trading..

A Friend of mine has purchased a tent & a diamond shelter from there and they are very well made.👍

I’m not affiliated with them in any manner..
They’re located in Idaho & I live in Tennessee..🥴

I'll second them, quality work!

Thanks for the info. I have the same problem, no one wants to work who has integrity. I am trying to scale down and sell my stuff so that I can do the things I like to do.

I'm going to retire Dec. 2025, I've been doing equipment maintenance/repair, system builds and electronic assembly since 1976. I told my boss to start looking now because he's going to have a hard time finding someone with my skills and work ethic. A lot of the younger generation 20-40 year olds feel they don't need to come to work everyday and lack common sense.

With this trend, simply put, we're screwed.
