Nobody today wants to work the way that either the Boss did or their parents did (i.e., whomever previously owned the bizness).

A pity they could not sell the biz. Can't find anyone to work. I will be 60 in December. I have people/companies begging me to come to work for them because it's only the older generations that will show up and get the job done.

I know of 2 small businessmen who fired all their employees (all young ones) and replaced them with older, retired guys that would show up for work every day and do good work while they were on the clock.
