This is a custom made 50 cal rifle with a 33inch browned Douglas rifled barrel and browned hardware. Rifling is good. Action works properly in half and full **** positions. On this rifle you have to pull the back trigger to activate the cocking mechanism and set the front trigger. Stock is a nice figured maple stock. Stock has a solidly repaired crack going around upper tang. This is a nice rifle for what I’m asking for it. Since it does have the crack I’m only Asking $475 + 25 shipping. Do you know the make of the lock. The hammer looks kinda different
I’m sorry. I don’t know. My black powder rifle knowledge is limited.
I don’t know if this is a clue as to the lock make, but you have to pull the back curved trigger and then half ****, full ****, and set trigger will then work. Hope that helps…..thanks.
