8 feet long thick woven sash, or make straps out of it for your powder horn, hat band, shooting pouch.
it is thick made from heavy yarn. (my best guess is wool, does not look otherwise) it is 1/8" thick.
i don't remember ever using it.
$40usd including shipped to anywhere in north america via canada post. pay with paypal.

it is nice.
