Still on the fence about selling this one.
If no one is interested that's fine by me. I'd still like to salvage this gun if possible.

Be posting some more pics with my name and date as per forum rules.
This carbine was bought brand new and never fired by me. It was fired at the shop for safety before being shipped to me though.
It does have one flaw though, as you can see it has a crack in the butt that was repaired at the factory in India and wasn't noticed till the old finish was removed.
Stock is solid and so l was thinking of just restaining it or maybe replacing the stock altogether.
Asking price is $599 or reasonable offer plus shipping which will be $75 flat rate by UPS.

Lol,

I figured the crack in the stock would negate everything else about the gun, but okay

Barrel length: 36"
Length overall: 52"
LOP : about 13 1/2 inches
Weight: 8 3/4 pounds

.76 caliber/ 11 gauge smoothbore

Bought it from a place called The Muzzleloader Shop Ltd a couple years ago and its a Loyalist Arms Ranger musketoon that they sell.
Typically they strip off the factory finish, tune the lock, drill the touch hole and then safety fire the gun before it's sold.
Since I'd already been waiting years to get one and had just been ripped off by Middlesex Village Trading who took my deposit and never got back to me, l bought this as a "factory second", thinking that perhaps I'd replace the stock later or just restain it.
It's a very nice musket despite the crack. But l thought I'd offer it up for a bit to see if there's any interest.
If not, I'll just hang on to it.

Yup....if you look in the pan and at the muzzle, you can see the heat discoloration from the powder burn.
Plus they sent me a letter stating that they did that.

I personally, guarantee nothing.
Test fire if you want....l would.

OK, good enough.

You might want to post a few more pics, though. Screening for auctions on GunBroker I just automatically eliminate any offering with less than at least ten pics.

Like l stated earlier, I'll be posting more pics soon with my name and date as per forum rules.
Just wanted to post these pics because people kept asking me about the musket.

Fighting bronchitis right now....

Some more pics.
The inletting is pretty good on this musket.

I’ve been waiting for three years now to get my double barrel pistol from middlesex. They have my deposit and at this point, I’m writing it off.

I called once about a year ago and the guy answering the phone was incredibly rude and had no updates on my order.

I left a crappy review, but I doubt they’ll allow it to be posted. I’m considering reporting them to the BBB.

Anyone else get ripped off by them?

Middlesex Trading Village has a terrible reputation and the owner needs to be arrested for fraud.

Yup.....wasting your money with him. He's ripped off more than a few people on other forums.

Three years? Wow, you're way more patient than I am...

FYI, I once had an issue with a seller and as I'd paid by a US Postal Money Order, which was sent through the US mail, so I sicked the local Postal Inspector on them -- and got what I had ordered very quickly after that. I have no idea if this still works, or how you paid (sometimes credit card companies will back you up), but it worked for me.
