I know what you mean by finally. I'm working on an old CVA Kentucky .45 percussion partial kit combined with a barrel I picked up several years ago. These things always turn out to be more of a project than originally thought.

Looks good! Nothing against Kibler, but I’d say that gun will be just as accurate as a Kibler.
Always feels good to finish a build and hold the end result in your hands! 
Zooming in on your pics, it appears there is a large chip at the forward barrel pin and a smaller one at the rear pin. I'd recommend repairing those if you can.
