I picked this up somewhere years ago, it's not a kit that I've worked on. It's marked Dixie Gun Works, but also Pedersoli/made in Italy. It's a 13/16" .45 kit gun that someone started. The barrel has some light surface rust, but seems fine and I'm sure it's never been fired. The stock has pipes, muzzle cap, entry thimble, escutcheons for the lock bolts, buttplate, toe plate and patch box attached, but the stock is rough and would need filed/sanded to final profile. Lock, triggers and triggerguard are missing, but this might be a worthwhile package for someone that wanted to "build" a gun, especially if they had access to the appropriate Dixie lock/triggers. I'd rather not ship, though I might for the right price or for the right trade. I'd much rather meet in person somewhere in northcentral Pennsylvania, central Pennsylvania or western New York though if someone relatively local was interested. Cash offers accepted, but I'm probably more interested in trading for a small caliber flint barrel, a smaller flintlock, double set triggers or other parts that I might use for other projects. I guess the cash price here would be $150, but I'd prefer to trade for something of greater need.

Going to need a photo of the item with a card or piece of paper showing your screen name and the date of the photo please. Thanks

I you can post good dimensions of the lock mortise I MIGHT have a lock for it. I have a DGW marked percussion RH if you think it might work.

I probably wouldn't have interest anyway, it's just not my cup of tea, but maybe I can post dimensions and someone else who's interested in the stock/barrel would also be interested in the lock. Then they'd only need a set of triggers and a triggerguard, pretty easy to get those. If it doesn't sell by morning, maybe I can post a clear photo of the mortise with dimensions.
