I looked for quite a while for real help with my Flintlock to no avail. I made the purchase of a traditions modern flintlock in december 2023 and it took me 9 months to acquire all the needed supplies to fire it the first time. I am sure this forum could have shortened that time span and lessoned some needless purchases. I have since purchased a CVA Mountain percussion kit that had been sitting on a shelf for 40 years and also have purchased a traditions inline that will not be discussed here. I seriously consider myself as a newbie and will mostly be searching the forums for answers as most of my questions have been asked and answered many times over.
