    If you'd had your druthers...

Goodcheer: If I had my drothers, and knowing I own a .32, 2 40's, 1 .45, 2 .50's, a .54, and a .62 I think I would like to pack the .32 Southern Mountain Flint Lock Rifle by Caywood. I just love the mild crack, and the light ball it takes. Don't even comment on the small horn and bag that goes...

    Caywood Southern Mountain Rifle?

Just (30 min. ago) got my barrel back from Danny Caywood, with the new "peep" site. It is sweet, good engineering, and superb machining. I am looking forward to the "work" of siting her in again. I think (and hope) Danny and Mike did it again for me.

    Caywood Southern Mountain Rifle?

I just happen to own and shoot a .32 Southern Mtn. Rifle by Danny Caywood. Mine is a stumpwood stock and carved well. It is very light and handles extremely well. In short I am in love with it. Now don't get me wrong, I also shoot a .62, a .50 and a .40 rifle (all custom made because I...

    Missouri 'white flints'

I hate to enter this post so late, but... I have used English flints for the last 30 plus years, and I guess it is about time to try something else. Could anyone give me the addy for these "white" flints? :surrender: Thanks RA Carroll
