    My Kiblers, 1 smr and 1 woodsrunner are both for use only in fair weather, my 2 pedersolt, 1 cva, 1 traditions and an old no name po boy from who knows where, was great grandads... are all weather range/hunters... no closet/safe queens allowed here.

    Spending the evening cleaning my BP Rifles, going to the range tomorrow to teach a young friend all about Black Powder and its thrills. He lost his father a little while back so I have taken on a mentors role.

    If it ain't broke why replace it? It is 2024 and we here still use flintlock and percussion rifles.

    I agree with the quick draw rig part of his comment. Alot of the holsters were the Army style flap holsters (less apt to loose your pistol in the brush) Hollyweird has always ignored facts and history.
