No just the 1 belt slot. But would be easy to put a loop on it if you wanted to

Got a nice edge on it, sanded the handle a little, took some rough edges off the back of the blade as well. Super sharp, have peeled some bark and wood with it over last couple of days. Seems to keep the edge pretty good. Packs on my belt nice. Think I got a pretty good knife for not much cash. :)

What Muzzleloading Stuff Did You Do Today?

Just some buckskin lace. I like the feel of it when shooting.

What Muzzleloading Stuff Did You Do Today?

Shot my Frontier caplock this morning. Beautiful day! Warm but fall is in the air. New knife packs real nice on my belt.

    How old are ya?

Sorry to hear that. 15 years of priceless memories that will ease the pain with time.

Well for the price paid I am quite pleased. It came sharp but I just put a razor edge on it. We’ll see how it holds up. But it sure looks more authentic than my other knives to the fur trade era. Well pinned, nice grip, easy on the hand. Good balance too. :) Sheath is basic but functional.

    How heavy is too heavy?

I made a brass ramrod for my 8 lb Frontier and even that was too tough on the back. Can’t imagine 16lbs.

What Muzzleloading Stuff Did You Do Today?

Went shooting with my son and 2 yr old grandson. The little guy watched and every time the rifle went off he'd say "you did it!". Very cute. He also said "me try" which was great to hear....have to wait a few years. :) My son who does not shoot much is actually a pretty darn good shot.

    Green River knives

I had a look at reviews on Amazon...actually there was only 1 review, maybe a guy who doesn't know how to sharpen a knife... anyhow, it won't need to do any hard work, I have an real nice American made hawk for that. :)

Well I’ll let ya know. Mine will be here this week. If it holds an edge and cuts stuff when I need it to it’s a heck of a deal. :)

    Pine needle hat

Think I’ll try a pine needle breechclout. :)
