SOLD Pietta 1860 Army Colt .44 Nickel/Gold/Ivory model. Unfired.

Hi My mistake. I was confused about which 1860 we were talking about. I did, indeed sell the fancy-looking one. I had another ad up for a Pietta 1860 in blue with Slix-Shot nipples. I thought that's what we were talking about. My apologies for the confusion.

    San Diego?

I joined the Imperial Valley club. It's almost an hour and 45 minutes to get out there, but it's a great range. The price is right, too! I looked into Rainbow, but they require NRA membership--no exceptions. I cancelled my NRA membership at the same time (and for the same reason) as Bush 41...

Hi, I looked around before I posted this, but I didn't see anything. You guys who make your own wads.... where do you get felt that's thick enough? Thanks!

    San Diego?

Hello, Glad you guys had a better experience with the ML crowd at SBRGC than I did. I gave it a couple more tries and pretty much had the same experience. I don't think it's me, though, because the non-ML guys at the regular range are pretty friendly and interested in what I'm doing. I just...

    usps shipping blackpowder handguns

Hi, Also, I've never had USPS give me a hassle on insurance claims. UPS has elevated denying responsibility (even when you bought extra insurance) to an art-form.

    usps shipping blackpowder handguns

USPS is definitely the preferred way. For pistols, you can't beat the price for Priority Flat Rate. With tracking, signature requirement and insurance, it's way cheaper than UPS or FedEx, and much faster, too. Plus, I appreciate the fact that many of the letter carriers are retired or...

SOLD Pietta 1860 Army Colt .44 Nickel/Gold/Ivory model. Unfired.

Hi, There are a few imperfections in the chrome plating, i.e. a few pinholes on the trigger guard and one on the hammer. The asking price reflects that this is a never-fired, nice-looking (albeit not pristine or museum quality) revolver. Thanks!

Rick, you're the first 'I'll take it' so it's yours pending payment arrangements. I'll have my son clean/polish her up and box her.
