    Removing Lead Oxide From Roundballs

    I have cleaned other lead tipped bullets that got all white by putting into some vinegar. Cleaned them right up. I haven't done it with lead balls but don't see why not.

    who all uses peeps on their percussion guns.

    I like peeps and have several of them. It helps me quite a bit. As fun as hanging out with a bunch of people shooting muzzle loaders at a club sounds, I would probably have a hard time if someone told me that I couldn't use my peep sights. It's just a sight for petes sake!

    Up here in Alaska we use a product called Game Saver. It comes in a powder form and you mix with water. We skin and quarter or bone out the meat at the site, get back to camp then pull the bags off and basically wash the meat down to clean it all up real nice with the game saver solution. From...
