Yeah but I draw a line at dog poop. Is that dog crossed with a fox?

    Buckshot loads

    Not a deer but I did take a two fox's. One was 50yds. 10g Pedersoli and 2oz #4 buck. 90gn of 3f. Thin cards for a wad.

Iirc the KG figure is a proof mark. KG per CM. Mandatory proofing is required in Europe and Britain. Pedersoli do use model codes also and shotguns are usually an S followed by a three digit number.

As it happens I do a disposal service for unwanted light Pedersoli doubles. The good news is it's totally free. Just the usual postage fees apply. Get in touch if you require this service. Hava a good day.

    Three weeks!

Thank you, I know. Long may it last. I'm out many nights a week getting the predators. I leave most the hens alone and some manage to breed in the summers.

It's a non issue. Ever wondered how thick rust blueing a barrel is? Your tarnish is nothing compared to risking leaving some salts in there at liberty to eat iron! Even my lube oxidises brown. The steel is fine though, and after decades of use.

I've had a .58 smoothbores and they are great. I use to drop an ounce of shot in them mostly and probably 60gn of 3f but if your gun has long barrels try 70gn. I pretty much always stamp my own thin cards , leather or felt for wads. I made my own punch.

No. I've tested it for years. It works but I don't actually know what is in mink oil but I do know what is mine.

The rum is for me. The wipes don't need to be antibacterial. The fouling is very antibacterial. The hot kettle in view is for flushing the foul out and conveniently dries the gun after. The lube is a mix of all sorts now It started off as beeswax and olive oil and although much of that remains...

Don't think so but when I was using pyrodex exclusively years and years ago and I switched animal a vegetable fats or oils I ceased having gross corrosion issues. I also used boiled water then also.
