GRRW CA NW Trade Gun shot pattern

I put 3/4oz in my 45. Just drop a whole ounce in 👍🏻 probably with the 3f. 50gns should do it.

    Big Ted....( The 10g)...

    I messed up there didn't I lol. Fouled🤦

    Big Ted....( The 10g)...

Big Ted the 10g is still fowled (fouled 🤦) but kept nice and dry. Today he saw day light again. I missed a rushed shot at a rising rooster in timber but the second barrel got a nice crossing and going away hen. Absolutely love this big double. Only loaded about 70gn of very fine powder and...

    Dirty Betty Makes Meat

I'd fix the rifle or trash it. Congratulations all the same.

The average stair-wall in most every castle or stateley home in Scotland.....

Visited Inverary castle several years ago on a motorcycle tour. Very impressive. I noticed on some of the besses the locks or hammers were missing!

    Big Ted....( The 10g)...

    That's #5 shot for ya 😉

    Big Ted....( The 10g)...

...strikes again. Well to be honest, I missed a few shots but it wasn't the guns fault. In the end though we came home with a good bird.

    Couple of antelope!

    Like a pro.

    36 caliber deer hunting

I've loaded 5x .36" shot in my 45 before now. I don't think I'd use it anything bigger than a fox and not very far either. Probably does not apply to the original post.

Range Test: .45Cal Double PRB deer load

This fox has two holes in it!

    Now I will clean it.

Tried that too. There is better out there....

    Now I will clean it.

No. I use to cook a few but they are just a pain to skin. Yes, I've seen all the videos. Rabbit, hare and pheasant are a lot easier! One year I counted them and it came to 440 something. Mostly shot with 22. Last year I shot 60 something in my back yard.

    Now I will clean it.

There are millions of them and no closed season. I shot 15-18 last weekend, I forget as I don't count anymore.

    First pheasants of the season.

It was like dust. I pricked the vent and dropped the powder. The prick was a long thorn. When I seated the thin cards and grease the thorn popped out and I heard half the powder spray out! The next thorn I clamped with the frizzen!

    First pheasants of the season.

I got three **** birds today with my flint lock. Nothing special, don't even know how much powder and shot I used! I just grabbed a cut cartridge case, 28g and used that adding more #7 shot.

    Newspaper wads.

A 2" square rolled into a ball works just fine. Don't over think it except for the fire risk. The paper will smoulder!

    My buddys antelope hunt

    Excellent 👌
