    Shazam……. I read an old post from 2008 where someone was using .570 balls in their 20 gauge. Went out back and loaded 60 grains with a .575 ball and .018 patch.     Just my opinion...... The normal sight is pretty much just for the folks that build a rifle just for looking at. They are really close to the barrel which causes problems once the barrel gets hot. The tall sight works much better for the folks that do a lot of shooting

    I have another Cherry stock coming for my woodsrunner. It has a lot of grain lines in it. The other 2 cherry stocks I have finished I used lime and then chambers oil. Is there a process I can use to highlight the figure? Something like you do with aqufortis on Maple.
