    Birchwood Casey Brass Black miserable failure !!!

    So how did I solve the frustrating dilemma of finally getting the buckle the forged look black color I wanted ?? I have a can of Rustoleum High Heat stove black paint. It is tough stuff and will hold up to high heat. I sprayed the buckle with that (several small coats) and let it dry completely...
