If your looking for quality canvas and Craftsmanship, take a look at Red Hawk Trading.. A Friend of mine has purchased a tent & a diamond shelter from there and they are very well made.👍 I’m not affiliated with them in any manner.. They’re located in Idaho & I live in Tennessee..🥴

TC 56 caliber, why 56? why not something smaller?

They are not as forgiving as a rifled barrel.. Once fouled, that bare ball gets snug quickly sometimes.. Soft fouling not as big an issue as hard fouling.👍

TC 56 caliber, why 56? why not something smaller?

FYI.. Be careful loading an oversized ball in a smoothbore…especially bare. There’s no rifling for the patch & ball too squeeze into. Thus you just created your next thread or you’re off down the search feature road…👍 How too remove a stuck ball?🤷‍♂️😎👍

I can almost see a trumpline being used as a sling among others uses.. But with Hostiles in the area…. I think I’ll keep my longrifle close at hand

    FOR SALE Kentucky pistol

It still appears the nipple is not completely seated.. Bye 1/16 or 1/8 “ . At the highlighted area. It could be the wrong nipple and bottoming out in the snell. A shorter nipple would give you a little more travel on the hammer fall. Does the lock have a coil mainspring?
