    I think we have missed the point, Thompson produced a rifle that was well made and priced right and it started a new wave of shooters and hunters. I think everyone has there preference but what I was after was the possibility that we could start a resurgence.

    Hey Dale I from Canadian Oklahoma and moved to northern Idaho, I have hunted all around the lake. Northern Rockies are great for hunting and I have had great experences here.

    I have been shooting muzzle loaders since 1974 and have always thought of Thompson as a better rifle as say a cva . I have always that hunting with muzzleloader ment percussion or flintlock and no scopes. Anyway I will shoot my renegade hunter and just enjoy what time I have to hunt and shot.

    ok so you guy's do not like tc natural lube and # 13 cleaner,SO IF I CLEAN WITH HOT SOAPY WATER WILL I REMOVE THE SEASONING OR SHOULD I USE SOMETHING ELSE TO CLEAN WITH. THANK VINCE
