    got the final sanding done ... i have about an eighth of an inch where the tang hits what was bever touched ... theis will be blended when i fit the tang, of course. maybe a tenth , but maybe less ... Kiblers are pretty accurate in this regard ... great fit & finish) although this one has a good...

    Priming powder for flintlock

    short answer: no pyrodex has a much higher flash point and simply will not work (or, rather will not work reliable) in a flint system. Don't mean to rain on your parade ... i've tried it and it just flat won't go - a big dissapointment. Stick with real black powder and you'll do much better
