    Bois d'arc stock?

That stuff is super dense and heavy. Lasts forever, but heavy.

Are you still growing your Garden?

My black raspberries are doing great again this year. I had a bumper crop last year. I made jam from them along with eating a ton fresh.

Are you still growing your Garden?

I put up another 13 pints of Bread and Butter pickles today. Okay, that's all I'm doing. No more pickles. I have eaten some of the first batch and they came out great. Today I minced up a jalapeno pepper to add to the pickling liquid for a little kick. I'll know in a few days if it worked.

    Hawken Classic

I really wish I could have attended. I had volunteered to help out, had a campsite near by paid for, and was ready to go. Then life got in the way, as it does at times, and didnt get to attend. So it will get high priority next spring.

Luffa gourds are for those bath sponges. I don't think you can pick them young enough.

Are you still growing your Garden?

Long ago I grew luffa gourds on my fence in a suburban neighborhood. I took off for a week or so late in the summer, and when I returned, my neighbor that I shared the fence with told me those squash I had growing on the fence were tough and stringy.

Are you still growing your Garden?

My garden is all in now. Planted the rest of the peppers and a few tomatoes. Turnips are coming up. I saw on squash leaf poking up out of the dirt today, too. I need to get to the farm and get it taken care of. Planning on planting a bunch of pumpkins and Hubbard squash there.
