    WANTED Confederate D Guard Bowie

I looked at that one too. I'm looking for one of these early war huge Bowie you see the soldiers getting there pictures taken with. Most were probably thrown to the roadside as they realized after long marches, they weren't worth carrying around. Thank you though.

    WANTED Confederate D Guard Bowie

Yeah it's actually for a civil war display that I want to make. So as nice as it would be to have an original, ain't gonna happen! I looked at some of the mass produced ones, and would have to take the guard off, and make a new one. I'll see if I can look up some of the makers mentioned. Not on...

    Original Brown Bess

I think it's a nice original 1777, but are you inferring it was used at the Alamo? Or just that it was displayed there as you mentioned? The purchaser should buy it for the fact that it's a nice original 1777, but it being on display at the Alamo doesn't add value in my book.

    Original Brown Bess

Yeah I'd post it in the identification help section. See what people say. This isn't the section for identifying antiques. Then open a listing for sale if you so choose

    Flintlock identification required.

Guessing East India Company gun. The patina isn't even over the gun. Makes me a little suspicious. Caliber is right. For a musket.

    FOR SALE Center seam blanket

I have a light weight center seam blanket for sale. Nicely stiched, embroidered to looks like a 3 over the letter NVC. I'm guessing it's 19th century. Has some stains, was used in a bedroll at reenactments that I had for a display that people could handle and try on. If you need anore pics just...
