    amen on that,it seems you're always looking to expand and start new hobbies. I never thought I'd be making things ,leather work I'm going to try to make a pair of breeches to go with my leggings. It seems like you're always working on something.

    same here do I wish I had the means to have a "custom built " but what I have, and can afford ,keeps meat in the freezer. the idea inexpensive is frustrating doesn't work for me it's how you learn to fix what's wrong, I just bought a t/c renegade 50 cal. for 199.00 barrel isn't pitted...

    what a fine gun. the lines are gorgeous have a great time shooting it. my grandfather willed a Damascus barred 12 gauge, I got to fire it a couple of times it was a pleasure.

    IMHO maybe the maker used an old military barrel, but why would he it looks like a fine gentleman's piece. @Feltwad it seems funny that folks discuss what the lug is for, instead of looking at the beauty of the piece. Bruce

    I think the swap works. I bought her a new wedding ring if I could buy the same amount of guns and equipment. Ring cost 900.00, 4 guns later I still haven't spent the amount of her ring probably never will.🤣🤪

    as a.lefty shooting a right handed rifle I would add one thing, wear something on your right arm to keep cap metal from burning it. As black powder maniac shooter always sez eye and ear protection is strongly advised.
