Another option would be to get a barrel that needs a little TLC and have it bored and sleeved with whatever twist rate you want. Probably not going to be any cheaper than buying a new barrel or a rare LRH barrel, but you can make it into exactly what you want.

Super easy. The fouling just let's go. About half as much effort as a regular barrel.
