What Muzzleloading Stuff Did You Do Today?

Nope, several pages on the loud speaker didn’t work. One nice guy looked at me funny when I asked him for help and then I realized he had no clue what I was saying. We finally cut our own yard and took the cardboard roll with us to checkout so they could scan it. Nope, was told it didn’t work...

What Muzzleloading Stuff Did You Do Today?

Went to a local antique gun show yesterday morning and was tempted to but a pecotonica fullstock Hawken that was built 30 years ago. I decided against it, for now. I waiting for Kibler to come out with one:) last night we went to wally world to get some patch material. I'd of rather dry...

    How do you prime?

3f with the doohicky, but it does clog when damp and when I dont brush the pan clean after firing. I just found that the tip does unscrew to clean, just don't drop it in the leaves

Nails popping out of stock on LGPR

I'm no expert but see what others say, I would probably pull the pin and cap off, fill the current hole with wood dowl, put cap back on and make sure its pushed all the way tight against the stock with no gap and then redrill and pin it. But see what other say before you attempt this.

What Muzzleloading Stuff Did You Do Today?

Did a woods walk with my son today. Think it was 12 shots. He hit the first 9 targets and missed the last 3. He outshot me, well leave it at that. Lol. Started out a little chilly here in CT this am 22*.

    RWS CAPS-1075 PLUS

I use the 1075+ they are hotter than the cci. They are also waterproof. Supposedly can soak them in water and shoot them with no issues. Honestly I never tried that. I bought some yesterday in PA, $35 for 250. The cci were $15 for 100
