The own said it came with the shop when he got it. He said he doesn’t like black powder. He did have a 32 caliber colt black powder pistol brand new in the box. The price was $600

I was at a shop and found what looks to be an unfired 1860 pistol look up date it was made in 2007. The owner had it in the back of the case with no price. I looked at it and asked him the price he said $100 he said theirs a holster with it.

Got one off my dealer that got traded in for $200 needs a 100 yard rear site bore looks unfired.

Hi just picked up a Remington 1863 . It’s has the rear sight 100 yard sight filed down are they any place to find one thanks.

I had one hard great luck with a .495 ball and a .015 patch with 70 gains of black powder. I increased it to 90 gains for a 100 yards. I missed that rifle I wish I never sold it. For lube I used 50/50 water and dish’s soap. Never had to run a patch between shots.

The nipple and mold on order. I talked to my friend who works at the gun shop that got it in. He say the guy that owned it own a furniture store. According to his son it was in his closet for years. I just got and old kit gun Thompson Hawken 45 cal it in very nice condition it’s missing the nipple. I got the directions with its. Who ever did it did a very good job on it. I cleaned bore it’s very nice. It was sitting In corner of a gun shop. I got it for $75 out the door.

My gun dealer says everyone buys the CCI. The CCI cost more then ones I got where sitting on shelf with no price on them.

Got 3 packs of them for $14 that’s all my dealer had. He had cci for more money.

He got it used he moved to different guns.

I looked at it today it’s in nice condition the front of the bore looks good had a hard time seeing back of the bore. The rifling look good on what I can see. He never shot it. He wants $440 for it. I’m think I will buy it next Saturday . What’s a good way to check the whole bore. Thanks
