Our 4-h blackpowder club member took 10th place at the national shoot in Nebraska this summer with a Traditions Kentucky rifle. It seems to work fine.

I fill both until the mold warms up. I want round balls 99% of the time.

My old cva mountain rifle seems to fit me better than the T/C rifle.

I wouldn't trust trying to make it fire.

Get a new drum from TOTW. Its not worth getting hurt using a bad sealing nipple. Had myself a nipple fly by my head.

First shoot with a traditions Kentucky pistol kit I put together in January of 22.

Empty shot bags filled with sand works. Using the hood of my pickup not so well. I had to do some scrubbing to get the black out of the hood.
