After reading a little more this description makes more sense. I found this description from a listing for the Zoli Murray that was sold on another site. “Button rifled .006" deep,1-48" twist, 5 lands measure .577" and 5 grooves measure .589". “

Previous post lead me to believe it’s 1-60. Others mentioned bore at .578, I will try to check bore when I get home.

May consider Lemat or Paterson in trade.

I need to make a correction about the barrel, it is not rifled. It is a smooth bore. Sorry should have said musket barrel, 15.5” long.

I felt the same way. Amazingly that knob just feels like it should be there when you extend your arms and sight down the barrel. I suspect it would have certainly helped to control a stiff load. You can see in the photos that the stock was carved with a swelled area where the knob is attached...
