I have 3 milk crates full and overflowing with moulds. Generally when I get one, I keep it, even if not needed any more. Most are for unmentionables but whenever I see a mould at a bargain price I get it because you just never know.

Get a new nipple. They are cheap and a worn nipple can cause accuracy issues. Something like a Hot Shot nipple while you are at it.

One thing to keep in mind. The Lee REALS need to be fully filled out. Sometimes the bands are not filled out all the way and are kind of rounded and accuracy and consistency will suffer. The bands should look almost sharp.

Your lock whrn placed in the stock does not need to be torqued down. Only snug. If you over tighten the screws that hold the lock in place, it cab cause binding.

I read an artical years back. Not a smooth bore vs rifled but a gun was shot with patched RB and another with just the RB. The RB w/o a patch had a higher velocity in theory because it didn't have to follow the rifling path.
