Are you saying you use 9 grains of priming powder? I have a 3 grain dispenser and just use one push, seems to work fine but am I getting slower ignition because of it?

I would never have guessed replacing the breech would cost $800, I think you are right to call bs on that.

FWIW I did a little research and everything I find says Altoids didn’t start using tin boxes until the 1920s.

Since this is your first test you might have had this baseline level for years and it has nothing to do with your shooting. If you continue to shoot for a few more months at the same rate and your lead level increases then I would say it’s from the shooting, but that seems highly unlikely since...

Great that you have her out shooting. I would suggest you at least get her some shooting glasses and ear plugs. One stray spark in the eye could ruin her vision for life.
