Monsieur De Land, I am most impressed with your set-up. I ran out of my last batch of Matthews lube a few years ago and should make another. Also greatly admire your Fred Lieth punch, which Paul M. used to sing the praises of. I have used both Matthews and SPG to lube the conicals for the 1860...

Loyalist is out of their Model 1706 miquelet musket. Looks like second quarter of 2025 at the earliest.

We have an abundance of tiny desert cottontails in this section. They recovered nicely from an epidemic of hemorrhagic fever a few years back. Wonder how they taste, living out there in the desert among the creosote bush, cholla, yucca and ocotillo.
