    Pedersoli poor quality

That's the problem with us old boys.we really can't afford to wait around a few years for what we want.

    Pedersoli poor quality

That sure looks like a kit rifle!

Anyone else on here ever buy a pedersoli with bad sanding quality on the stock?

While you take it to your gunmaker or gunsmith have him see if he can do a little trigger work.I have had that same gun for 10 years and my front trigger has been horrible from day one. I don't ever use the front trigger on its own.Bad thing is, I have done a ton of research on them and no one...

Anyone else on here ever buy a pedersoli with bad sanding quality on the stock?

I don't like that stuff either, but if that's all you can find wrong with a mass produced gun you are doing good. Both flaws can easily be fixed.

T/C question for those in the know.

Yup, the stocks are interchangeable and basically the same.As you probably know you can put the BIG BOAR .58 barrel on a Renegade stock with Double Set triggers.Thats what I did for Hunting.Around the time of the Big Boar the Renegade Hunter started coming with the Boar rubber buttplate.My...

    Investarms

My biggest complaint on the Investarm guns. The stocks are fair looking to hideous. They all seem to be some kind of forest raped walnut. Some have huge heartwood streaks running thru them, some are solid brown, black, red etc.The worse thing is it has to be some of the heaviest wood put on a gun.The...

    TC Renegade help

What a butcher job, my kid could have done that better! It is amazing that some people call themselves gunsmiths. If you are marring up screws and dinging every thing else up,you are not qualified to work on a pop-gun.

    Accurate load for T.C. Triumph

Pretty sure that's a inline gun, we don't discuss those here. There are other Modern muzzle loading forums on the net. Good Luck.

    Did GRRW Make The Browning?

No they did not. They were one of the few Brownings actually made in Utah. Google it up, there is a ton of information on that rifle.

Fixing my .54 cal Hawken set trigger

Keep searching till you find some pictures online. It is really hard to explain those trigger assembly's. You have 3 screws to deal with, the screw between the 2 triggers, the big screw on the back of the big spring, and a small screw under the big spring. You have to adjust all three back and...

Looking for main spring for 90s Browning Hawken

I think you are right on the geometry of the spring being the problem. To bad the spring issue overshadows a great gun made in America.

Looking for main spring for 90s Browning Hawken

Did they have any springs? Thanks.

Range Rod / Wipe Stick Coating?

What Phil said, stain it so it matches the gun stock somewhat. Then really rub in a coat of Tru-oil to seal it. One or two coats is plenty or it will just rub off on the thimbles. You probably will want to pin the ramrod ends before you finish the rod, unless Track already did it. Just wipe the crap...

    Knives?

Jeff White has had health issues,so if you see any new White knives for sale, more than likely they are built by people that used to work for him. If you have to pay that much to get a White knife, you would be better off finding someone in country to make you one.Used to buy Jeff's knives for...
