WITHDRAWN Thompson Center Cherokee 45 With New Unfired 32 Caliber Accessory Barrel - Reduced Price - $750 Shipped

T/C Cherokee that has been sitting for too long in my safe and it needs to see the light of day! The stock has a few very small handling marks and the 45 barrel is in good shape except a previous owner had drilled it for scope mounts. When I bought it, the mounts had been removed and the...

    WANTED t/c breech plug wrench

Hey Mike Is this what you're looking for? They're getting harder to find. I had visions of putting another barrel together some day, but I'm guessing that probably won't be happening any time soon. How's $40 shipped sound? Dave

    Those T/C Small Bores

I too have several Senecas, a .36 and two .45’s . I also have a .45 Cherokee and an unfired .32 barrel that I picked up from a gun shop in California quite a few years ago. For whatever reason, I’ve really only used the two .45 Senecas, taking a couple of mulie bucks, one mulie doe, and a...

    First Javelina

Congrats! I have a HAM tag for 24b, but have had to help my father with his hip replacement surgery and rehab, so I was unable to get down to Arizona this year.

WANTED Senaca trigger guard, cap box and butt plate.

I've got a spare lock and tang. I don't have the lock bolt/brass washer or the mounting screws for the tang and you may want to re-blued it. How about $100 plus $10 shipping for both?

    62cal hawken

I'm not sure if they have barrels, but you might check with October Country Muzzleloading in Hayden Idaho. As others have said, you probably will need to look for a tapered barrel if you want to go to a .62 caliber. Rice would be a good choice. Years ago, Green mountain made a 1" straight...

    Seneca Load

I’ve taken a doe mule deer with 50gr of 2F Goex and .440 ball from one of my Senecas. The doe dropped in its tracks. 60gr of 3F would be a hotter load and should work just fine, unless it’s not a legal load as per LD’s comment above.

    Piebald buck

Congratulations on the buck! I love seeing piebalds, but it's probably been 20 years since I saw the last one. It was a beautiful blacktail doe with four normal colored fawns. It was probably the only time I've ever seen a doe with more than three fawns too. I wish I'd have had my camera in...

    Thompson Center 12 gauge question

I bought a yard of 1/8" Duro-Felt and punch out wads with a 3/4" arch punch. Lube them and use them....very easy and effective. If you use cushion wads, try using the thin over powder cards, then a 13 ga wad, then thin over shot card. All these load easily in my New Englander with choke...

What do you shoot in your TC New Englander

Along the lines of this thread, does anyone know if you can buy a cylinder tube for those New Englander barrels with threaded chokes? I haven't ever seen one, but they may be available. I do have a second full choke tube and have thought about trying to have it opened up to cylinder. Sorry...
