    I know this has been brought up over and over again but I would like to get your ¢.02! I started using a product called Howard's Butcher's Block Conditioner a few years ago on knife handles. Rub it in, wait 10-20 minutes depending on temperature, wipe off and repeat. It looks great and holds up...
