I have shot many patch RBs though it. to fast of a twist.I try to get a RB to fall out of the sabot by bumping the end of the barrel on the ground. unloaded of couse.and I didn`t get one to come out.take the plug out of the back and you can throw a RB though both ends..can`t see how it could...

thanls white buffalo,I use 44 xtp 240 grain/80 grams prodex FF.for deer. I am 69 and my eyes are not as good as once was. the beartooth has a 3-9 scope so I use it must of the time.easy to clean too..I use my T.C. flinker fot shoots.

thanks muskeman, that what I was looking for. I heard that the ball could fall out, and try to get the ball to come out.no luck. with out the sabot the ball rolls out with no trouble

I have a beartooth 50 cal/24" barrel, worse gun for shooting R Bs I have, shoots the little green about 1" long cuped on both ends sabots and a 490 RB beautiful. use it for wood chucks. would like to fine some more.anybody got a few you like to get rid of
