    I picked this up at auction because I wanted to add a smoothbore to collection. Told it was of English manufacture "C.Mills" As seen in pictures it is engraved "Mills" only. Plenty of proof marks on underside of barrel. Any and all information, guesses are welcome. Thank you, Joe

    lefty shooting a right handed rifle

    Finally, and I mean finally, it has been a long run for simple project. Finished my pan primer. Moose antler piece and parts from Log Cabin Shop. Silver "caps" on both ends to dress up raw ends.

    Tool question

    My friend's father had passed some time ago and we were going thru his rondy box. Found this tool and do not know its use. The handle was stamped Taiwan so we know it does not belong but the tool head was very sharp. Guessing for knapping flint ?? Any help would be appreciated. Joe
