    T/C Hawken Rebarrel.

    I just picked up a T/C Hawken in .50 cal for $50. The problem is the bore has a good amount of rust. Is it worth it to spend a couple hundred dollars to re-barrel it? The rest of the parts look fine.

    MVTC English "Ketland" Fusil?

    That gun turned out very nice indeed. I glad to see some positive reviews. Overall I'm pretty new to this hobby and can't justify spending $1000+ on a flintlock when I can get one that will work for half despite a being a little rough around the edges. My main concerns are safety and function.

    Brown Bess for hunting?

    Has anybody used a Brown Bess for hunting? If so how does one go about sighting with it? .75 cal must hold a pretty good amount of shot and I would use it mostly for squirrel/rabbit, but also for deer if possible. Any information would be great.
