    Cylinder for blackpowder revolvers

I guess the words "fast reloads was a piss poor choice of words". I guess what I was trying to say faster then doing a reload not using an extra cylinder. I guess one day I will be a smart as you are, I just hope not. Rafe

Colt Navy or 3rd model Dragoon?

I have two 2nd. Model Dragoons, both are accurate and very reliable. I generally on carry one at a time in a holster [have carried both revolvers before], they are heavy but personally prefer the power and accuracy. I have never owned a Navy Colt so have no opinion on them. Rafe :2

    New Guy

Just thought I would say hello, been shooting blackpowder cartridge guns [1873, 1876 and revolvers] for a while. Just purchased a 1842 69 cal rifled musket, already had 2 2nd Model Dragoons. I just figured this would be a good place to learn. Rafe
