    I too, like Ballistol..drink it?? No thanks!!!! :grin: I use it for wet (diluted) patch and an occasional swab... I usually shoot 20+ shot strings without swabbing, with no issues and little fouling even using real BP. But what do I know.. :stir: Remember, this stuff is basically mineral...

    Sight Adjustment?

    I've got the same issue with a Pedersoli 32 inch barrel.. After much tapping and cussing, rear all the way left, front all the way right...shoots 2 inches low @ 25 yards. With a 12 o'clock hold, and doing my part, she peppers the X ring.... Looks weird ... But shoots straight

    loose ramrod

    I just tied a loop of buckskin thru one of the thimbles and hung a club medallion from it...cured my loose RR..thanx for the idea!! :thumbsup:

    Which caliber .50 or .54 percussion

    Welcome to a great way to make smoke, splinter. I too love my .54 cal (Thompson Center).. I'm kinda surprised no one talking up or down Ballistol I use it as a lube for my wally world bought ticking.. and in fact use it for many things around the house, too!! You've landed amongst a great group...
